If you are unclear which form you should complete please click on the criteria links first. All forms must be accompanied by the non refundable fee and other documentation identified in the completion guide. Application form for Registration TC1 (367Kb PDF file). Please print out single sided. Use a TC1 if you are newly graduated from an approved teachers education programme, or Application form for Full Registration TC2 (322Kb PDF file). Please print out single sided. Use a TC2 if you already hold provisional or subject to confirmation registration and you have completed the requirements to move to Full Registration. You must hold a current practising certificate to be eligible to move to Full Registration as this application is for a change of registration category only. It does not affect the expiry date of your practising certificate. Fee $80.00 Application for Practising Certificate Renewal TC3 (368Kb file). Please print out single sided. Use a TC3 if you have completed two years teaching service in the past five years in the general education system of New Zealand or in an approved setting. Fee $120.00 Application for Limited Authority to Teach TC4. (375Kb PDF file). Please print out single sided. Use a TC4, if you are not eligible for registration as a teacher in New Zealand but have been offered a position to teach a specific subject in a specific school for a specific time.
