Guidelines for ProvidersThe NZ Teachers Council has been working with the NZ Qualifications Authority, Institutes of Technology & Polytechnics Quality and the Colleges of Education Accreditation Committee to develop a new booklet with information for the providers of teacher education programmes that lead to registration. This document aims to clarify the respective roles of each agency and to simplify the requirements for providers. Providers who are developing new courses in teacher education that lead to registration as a teacher, or who are applying to have current courses reapproved should consult this booklet which is available by clicking Guidelines for Providers |
