Election FAQ's

Update your details and choose to e-vote

The New Zealand Teachers Council elections are on the way, 1 September to 1 October, which means it'll be time to make some choices. Through your vote you will be able to choose a member to join the Council.

The Council will lead the profession over the next three years, so it's important to vote: you have a responsibility to ensure the Council is strong.

This year we've made it easier to vote, if you choose e-vote online voting.

Choosing to e-vote is easy; it saves you time and reduces your carbon footprint. All the information you'd normally receive by mail will instead come straight to your email inbox - allowing you to make nominations and vote for your preferred candidate.

Easy.
