The Disciplinary Tribunal is a quasi-judicial body with the power to regulate its own procedure. Further information on procedures in Disciplinary Tribunal hearings will be posted on this page as they are developed by the Disciplinary Tribunal chairperson. Disciplinary Tribunal hearings will be more formal than NZ Teachers Council hearings.
