Impairment CommitteeImpairment Committees will be convened when required to deal with teachers who have a mental or physical illness that may make them unfit to teach. Such teachers will be dealt with in a compassionate and rehabilitative manner.
The powers and procedures of the Impairment Committees will be set out in the NZ Teachers Council Impairment Committee Guidelines [to be drafted]. |
