The Teachers Council sees the Review as a natural progression in positioning the Council to be the independent professional body for teachers, rather than a criticism of its current operations.
2013 Induction and Mentoring workshops
The 2013 workshops introducing the Guidelines for Induction and Mentoring and Mentor Teachers have been finalised. Workshops are to be held from 9.00am – 3.30pm. The charge per person is $25. We encourage settings to send more than one person wherever possible.
Appraisal workshops – round one now underway
Information about the Appraisal Project and resources to support appraisal in schools and early childhood education services are now available.
